Therapy is for those who wish to embark on the courageous journey of creating meaningful changes in their life. Changes may include parenting from a non-reactive place, learning communication skills, gaining tools to cope with anger, stress, depression and life transitions, or simply learning to love and be kind to yourself. The good news is that you already have everything inside you that you need to get to know yourself, solve your issues and be happy. I see it as my job to create a safe, non-judgmental place where you receive support to learn how to access that happiness. I also see myself as a guide to help you find the answers that are right for you so you can live the life you design.
